If your credit card expired, or you just want to use another one when paying for your Searchanise Pro subscription, follow these steps to change your credit card at BlueSnap:
- Go to https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp.
- Enter the order reference number from any email order receipt and the email you used when placing the initial payment, and then click Submit.
You will receive a password reset link to the email you entered.
- Follow the link from your email, enter your new password, and then click Submit.
You will be redirected to your personal BlueSnap dashboard.
- In the Active Subscriptions table, find your Searchanise subscription and click Change in the Payment Method column.
- Add a new card and click Submit.
