Bank Card Payment for Subscription Failed

You should do the following steps if the payment via bank card got failed:

  • Check the balance of your bank card used for the payments. Refill the card balance if necessary.
  • Make sure the card is valid and not blocked. Change the bank card using these instructions if necessary.

Withdrawals from the card will be retried every 2-3 days.

If the payment won’t be made in 14 days, the subscription will be disabled automatically. In that case, please go to the Searchanise admin panel and click Reactivate subscription. Pay for the Searchanise again.
