Some products aren’t showing in search results, but they are in my Wix store. Why?

By default, Searchanise widgets display products with the enabled Show in online store setting.

If you don’t see the products in the search results, that can occur in these cases:

  1. Products are not visible in your online store, so the app doesn’t index them – the Show in online store setting is switched off for products in the Wix admin panel.
  2. Products are out-of-stock, and you have hidden such products from search in the Searchanise configuration: Searchanise control panel > Search & Navigation > Preferences section > Products tab > Hide out-of-stock products setting.
