Changing contact emails
On the Settings page of our app (in the top right corner of the admin panel), you will find two fields for email addresses:
1. Main store email. This is the email address pulled directly from your Shopify admin settings. It is not editable in our app. We use this email to send essential messages related to your trial, subscription, and store indexing.
2. Additional contact emails. Here you can enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas) that will receive the same messages as the main store email. This allows you to share important updates with your teammates or other stakeholders.
If you use Stripe or PayPal as your payment method, you can also update or add email addresses to receive invoices.
Setting up mailing preferences
At the top of the Settings page, you can choose which types of emails you want to receive by checking or unchecking the corresponding boxes:
- Marketing emails about new app features, special offers, and current e-commerce trends.
- Analytics reports: regular insights on your store’s search and filter performance — including total search volume, queries that return no results, and popular filters.
If you prefer not to receive certain types of emails, simply uncheck the relevant box.
