Shopify:
Searchanise imports orders from your store and counts the sales amount of products within the last 60 days. The products with the most significant sales amount show higher.
Due to the Shopify API limitation, Searchanise considers only the last 2500 open and 2500 archived orders.
To get the actual sales amount from your store’s orders, you should periodically start re-indexation by clicking the Force re-indexation button on the left-hand side of the app’s control panel.
BigCommerce:
Searchanise imports orders from your store and counts the sales amount of products within the period that is set in the Best-selling analyzing period setting in the Searchanise control panel > Search & Navigation > Preferences section > Products tab. By default, it is a half of the year (6 months).
The products with the most significant sales amount show higher.
The created orders are being imported automatically. However, if the orders have been changed, you should start re-indexation in the app’s dashboard by clicking the Force re-indexation button.
Wix:
Searchanise imports orders from your store and counts the sales amount of products within the last half a year. The products with the most significant sales amount show higher.
WooCommerce:
WooCommerce counts the sales data of products by itself and gives this information to Searchanise. The products with the most significant sales amount show higher.
Magento 2:
Searchanise imports orders from your store and counts the sales amount of products within the whole time. The products with the most significant sales amount show higher.
