How to display filters in a drawer on Wix

This article explains how to display filters in a slide-out drawer in the Search Results Widget on desktop in Wix.

The drawer keeps filters hidden until a customer clicks the Filters button, giving more space for product results while keeping filters easy to access.

Set up the drawer layout

1. Go to Search & Navigation > Search results widget > Content.
2. In the Filters style setting, select Drawer.
3. Click Apply.

After you apply the changes, a Filters button appears on the Search Results Widget on desktop devices.

When a customer selects the button, the filters panel slides in from the left. Customers can close the panel using the close button or by selecting an area outside the panel. Selected filters remain active after the panel is closed.

Restore the standard sidebar layout

To show filters permanently on the left side of the widget again:

1. Go to Search & Navigation > Search results widget > Content.
2. In Filters style, select Standard.
3. Click Apply.
