Some products aren’t showing in search results, but they are in my CS-Cart store. Why?

By default, Searchanise widgets display products with the Active status set in the CS-Cart configuration.

If you don’t see the products in the search results, please make sure the status of those products is Active. 

If the products you are not seeing in the search results don’t match the case above, feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you solve this issue.
