Category pages or brand pages in your BigCommerce store are showing all products

There are 2 main reasons for that:

  1. The Smart Navigation feature was disabled: the No navigation option is selected in the Searchanise control panel > Smart Navigation section. However, you hadn’t restored the BigCommerce code showing products in the theme files. You might have changed the code after setting up the Smart Navigation feature. You should switch on the Smart Navigation or restore the BigCommerce code showing products in the theme files.
  2. Your Searchanise subscription was canceled. However, you hadn’t restored the BigCommerce code showing products in the theme files. You might have changed the code after setting up the Smart Navigation feature.
