How do I choose the right subscription plan?
Select a plan based on your number of active products and the features your store needs. Each plan clearly shows its product limits and included tools.
You can start with a 14-day free trial, which provides full access to all features (except custom modifications) — a great way to test Searchanise before subscribing.

How to change a credit card on PayPal
- Log in to your PayPal account and click Wallet at the top of the page.
- Click the card you wish to update, and then click Edit.
- To update card details, enter your information and save the changes.
- To add another bank card instead of the current one:
- Click Remove card.
- Click Link a debit or credit card on the left side of the page.
- Follow the instructions on the page to link your card.

How to get an invoice from PayPal
You can print a basic receipt for any order from your PayPal Summary page.

However, this document doesn’t include full seller or buyer details and may not meet bookkeeping requirements.
If you need a detailed invoice with your business information, please contact us and tell us what details to include — we’ll generate one for you.
PayPal Payment for Subscription Failed
If your PayPal payment didn’t go through:
- Check the balance of the bank card attached to your PayPal account. Refill the card balance if necessary.
- Make sure the card is valid and not blocked. Change the bank card using these instructions if necessary.
We will try to charge the subscription fee three times over five days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused automatically.
To reactivate it, open your Searchanise admin panel and click Reactivate subscription, then complete the payment again.
Bank Card Payment for Subscription Failed
If your card payment failed:
- Check the balance of your bank card used for the payments. Refill the card balance if necessary.
- Make sure the card is valid and not blocked. Change the bank card if necessary.
Withdrawals from the card will be retried every 2-3 days.
If payment isn’t successful within 14 days, your subscription will be disabled.
To restore access, go to the Searchanise admin panel, click Reactivate subscription, and pay again.
Why Searchanise control panel blocked
Below is an example of the message you see when your Searchanise (Smart Search Bar & Filters) control panel is blocked:
The control panel blocked when:
- The number of your store’s products counted in the subscription plan (indexed products) exceeds its limit.
- The discount applied to your stores expires.
- You upgrade from Shopify standard plans to Shopify Plus.
To continue using Searchanise, choose one of the following ways:
- Click the corresponding button and choose a plan that suits you.
- Decrease the number of indexed products. You can find information on which products are counted in the subscription plan in the instructions for your platform.
Searchanise will unblock your control panel after indexing the changes in the products.
